We have put the following measures in place to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus, these include:
Self-check in, your name and room will be displayed on the front door to show you to your room. The contact number of our manager will be displayed if you need any information related to your stay. You may well bump in to her as you arrive.
Extra time and care has been taken to ensure the rooms are deep cleaned and hand contact surfaces are sanitised before each guest arrives. Disposable coffee cups and wrapped plastic cups are available as well as the ceramic mugs and glasses, which are cleaned in the dishwasher at a high temperature.
Our manager and staff are fully trained in reducing the risks of spreading Covid 19 and will follow the government guidance should an guest fall ill.
We ask that guests that have not previously given us their full contact details fill in the contract trace and track information forms in their rooms.
We ask that customers wear face masks in the corridors.
Importantly, we request any guest who is showing any symptoms of Covid 19 to please not enter the building and call 111
